Commercial Registration

Commercial Registration

Commercial registration is the official process of registering your company with the Saudi Arabian authorities to operate legally within the Kingdom. Upon successful registration, you'll receive a Commercial Registration (CR) certificate, essentially your business license.

Why is it required for Business Entry into Saudi Arabia?

Commercial registration is mandatory for all foreign companies seeking to operate in Saudi Arabia. The CR certificate serves as official proof of your company's legal existence and allows you to conduct business activities in the Kingdom.

Steps to Acquire/Provide the Document:

  1. Submit Application: Once we submit your completed application package, along with any applicable fees, to the relevant authority (SAGIA or MOCI), this may include several documents such as ( Lawyer Partner cover letter, MoC form confirming no government employment and other formalities, Shareholder Certificates of Incorporation (COIs), Shareholder Articles of Association (AOAs), Shareholder resolutions, Shareholder Powers of Attorney (POAs), MISA license, Notarized AOA)
